JSS China does not tolerate any misdeed, wrongful act or impropriety (including without limitation fraud, forgery, corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, policy breaches or other unethical behavior) by entities employees, service providers or associates. To facilitate reporting with the assurance that reports made will be managed objectively, we have engaged Shanghai Qin Li Law Firm (a member of the Deloitte Legal global network) to provide independent Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels.


Deloitte Legal provides legal services with a global network of experienced professionals. The Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels through their Tip-offs Anonymous™ service, enable the reporting of possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct, in particular when the normal channels of communication (referred to in the JSS China Employee Handbook) are ineffective or difficult. Employees of JSS China, as well as external parties, such as suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders, may use the Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels to report any concern regarding irregularities or questionable behavior of any employee, service provider or associate of JSS China.
